Our New Pastor

Geneva Baptist Church of Geneva, Georgia called Rev. John and Lynette Sheeley and their daughters Lesley and Lauryn to the Geneva pastorate in May 2012. The Sheeley family comes from Warner Robins, Georgia having retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2006. Pastor John received his Master of Arts in Theological Studies at the Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, Virginia and is presently completing his Masters of Divinity. Bro. Sheeley says he is "very excited to be called to serve our Lord at Geneva Baptist Church" and looks "forward to what He will do through and in all of us (at Geneva Baptist) in the days, months, and years to come". Join us as GBC welcomes the Sheeley family.
